Our menu is a declaration of love for the sea and the ingredients of our region, giving you the opportunity to explore Galician flavour and purity. Sustainable Cuisine

All our fish and seafood come from sustainable fishing, served daily from the fish markets of A Coruña and Fisterra, guaranteeing maximum quality and freshness. Our fruit and vegetables are organically and sustainably grown and our suppliers are part of the biosphere reserve. The meat in our dishes is of organic origin, from cattle raised on completely natural and sustainable feed. 100% certified Galician veal and beef from Cachena, a breed of Galician origin, characterised by its small size and its juicy and tasty red meat.
